Shipping Policy

At Admiral Locks, we keep shipping fast, simple, and straightforward. Every order shipped within the Continental United States qualifies for 100% Free Standard Shipping.

Order Processing & Handling Times

  • Same/Next Business Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 AM Midnight EST are processed and shipped out the next business day directly from our Virginia warehouse.
  • Operating Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship out on Monday.

Carriers & Delivery Transit Times

Most orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS depending on package weight and location.

  • Continental U.S. Delivery: Generally takes 1 to 4 business days once dispatched from our Virginia warehouse.
  • P.O. Boxes, APO & FPO: Because we ship primarily via USPS, we fully support shipments to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been packaged and labeled, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Incorrect Addresses & Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please reach out via our Contact Us form immediately. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to alter the delivery address.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and item, and contact us immediately so we can send out a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Marked Delivered but Missing: If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery area, check with household members/neighbors, and contact your local post office. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact us for assistance.
